Our company manages over 200,000 square feet of retail and commercial space throughout the Richmond and Chester commercial districts with units ranging from 800 to over 5,500 square feet. Several of our properties are considered ‘mixed-use,’ which denotes a combination of apartment living spaces, coupled with offices, restaurants and retail locations. This town-center concept provides not only convenience for the tenants, but also an immediate and regular traffic flow of customers for our commercial tenants.

About the Staff

Sean Eichert, Commercial Leasing Consultant, takes ownership of each individual client and enjoys every opportunity to help business owners maximize their exposure and success by finding the perfect retail or office location.
A lifelong resident of the Richmond area, Sean takes great pride in serving a community he calls home and has immersed himself in community involvement activities. Sean is involved with several professional and community organizations, such as the Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce, Chester Business Association, the YMCA, and the United Way, in addition to others. A local to the Richmond area and graduate of the VCU School of Business, Sean brings a wealth of knowledge of the area and a strong variety of skills to the business community and our Plus Management team.
